Frequency: Every Thursday :- Arrive at 2:30 for a 2:45 start. Finishes at 4:45 and retire to a bar.
Venue: Top floor, Pensionistas Building, Teulada main square opposite the Town Hall. There is a lift.

The English Choir love singing 4 part harmony together and would like to invite you to join them. You don’t have to be able to read music, in fact you don’t even have to be English! We would encourage you to have a few “taster” sessions before committing yourself, so come along and listen on the sidelines or just dive in and have a go.
Our repertoire is extremely varied and is always being added to by our Musical Director and by members who suggest songs that they would like to include in the concerts. From classical pieces to songs from the shows, modern music to film themes.

We are extremely fortunate to sing in churches and cultural centers, as well as restaurants and bars. Moraira church is a regular venue where we participate in the Moors and Christians Fiesta. Our Christmas sing-a-long at Saxos is always well received.
The English Choir are a real mix of people in terms of experience, age, ability and nationality, and to reflect this we are shortly changing our name to The International Choir.
The choir members pay “subs” twice a year which helps to cover the cost of the professional element of our choir. We are led by an extremely experienced Musical Director and accompanied by a professional keyboard player. Any extra income is donated to local charities, which apart from having fun is our main focus.
